Out in the Mountains

Beautiful Field Village where we spent the nights… you can hear/see the Canadian pacific train all day and night long which is just great for train enthusiasts or even anyone who appreciates a good photo opportunity.

People who live out here are so lucky, everyday you see the mountains and you live by the mountains so your work is probably related to mountains. Yeah baby!

On Christmas Eve we went cross country skiing – it’s great! But it’s important to know that the first 30 minutes are pure torture if you have cold feet. And hands. You just have to remember that eventually your blood travels to those points and the nausea will disappear.

The scenery was just fucking incredible.

Little else needed to say there.

It was so nice to DO SOMETHING too.

Just friggin’ get out there and do it!

On Christmas Day it was too cold for my phone and one arrived, it died. So no photos.

We persevered and still skied!

And I travelled home to Ontario on the last day (at midnight) so we slowly made our way back to Calgary via lake Louise and Banff town. Very pretty. But very busy places.
